Designer and booth applications are reviewed by the organisers. Approval is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refund and cancellation policy to be confirmed by Hillycos Media.
Tickets
Each ticket has a unique QR code. Regular and VIP tickets admit one person; a table ticket admits four. Do not share your QR code publicly.
Content and media
By taking part you agree that photos and video taken at the festival may be used in festival media and the archive.
